Position: M&E Coordinator / Building Services Engineer

Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a motivated mechanical biased building services engineering M&E Coordinator to be based in our Dublin office.

The Role:
You will largely be expected to work under your own initiative reporting directly to the company director. You will be responsible for
1. The production of Coordinated Drawings and As-Built Drawings utilizing our BIM and CAD drafting department
2. The production of O&M Manuals utilizing our technical department
3. Project administration of construction stage projects
4. Conduct site visits and surveys (nation wide)
5. Attend client facing and design team meeting (nation wide)
6. Other related tasks as instructed

Requirements:
1. Degree in Building Services Engineering
2. Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
3. Full clean driving licence
4. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc)
5. Previous consulting and contracting experience would be an advantage
